In the heart of the vineyards, Angludet picnics offer a gentle and gourmet getaway. Settle down on the warm grass, breathe… and time slows down. Wine, not included, can be chosen on site to accompany each bite. A woven basket of flavours including: orzo salad with feta and sun-dried tomatoes, salmon club sandwich flavoured with dill and cucumber, characterful charcuterie, red wine-smoked duck breast, pâté en croûte, Médoc grenier, seasonal stuffed brie and crème caramel for a sweet finish. For those who prefer a vegetarian basket, a 100% vegetarian version is available: simply let us know when you book.

RIB STEAK ON VINE SHOOTS

The Médoc tradition as we love it: rib steak grilled over vine shoots from our vineyards! The beef comes from Larazet butchers, world champions and the pride of Arsac. Here, everything is local, authentic and fragrant: the meat is slowly cooked over Cabernet Sauvignon vine shoots, revealing its tenderness and unique flavour. At the table, gratin dauphinois and a cheese platter complete this feast. Every moment is enhanced by our wines: one glass for the meat, one for the cheese.

THE WINEGROWER’S ROTISSERIE
A festive atmosphere and authenticity guaranteed! It all starts with platters of local charcuterie and cheese, to be shared cheerfully. Then it’s time for the star of the meal: your choice of Médoc suckling pig or Pauillac lamb, slow-roasted for 5 hours. Tender, golden meat, served with potatoes from the garden and a secret sauce. Two glasses of wine per person are included, perfectly paired with the meal. And to keep the party going, our wines are available à la carte. A convivial and generous experience, just like a real winegrower’s meal.

In the estate’s kitchen (or at your home), he will create a tailor-made menu inspired by your desires, the season and our wines. He takes care of everything: preparation, cooking, plating and service. All you have to do is enjoy. The offer includes two glasses of wine per person, chosen to complement the meal. And for those who are curious, other vintages are available à la carte. An exceptional, intimate and refined moment, combining gastronomy and the Médoc lifestyle.
