Wine, not included, can be chosen on site to accompany each bite. A woven basket of flavours including: orzo salad with feta and sun-dried tomatoes, salmon club sandwich flavoured with dill and cucumber, characterful charcuterie, red wine-smoked duck breast, p\u00e2t\u00e9 en cro\u00fbte, M\u00e9doc grenier, seasonal stuffed brie and cr\u00e8me caramel for a sweet finish. For those who prefer a vegetarian basket, a 100% vegetarian version is available: simply let us know when you book.<\/p>\n

The M\u00e9doc tradition as we love it: rib steak grilled over vine shoots from our vineyards! The beef comes from Larazet butchers, world champions and the pride of Arsac. Here, everything is local, authentic and fragrant: the meat is slowly cooked over Cabernet Sauvignon vine shoots, revealing its tenderness and unique flavour. At the table, gratin dauphinois and a cheese platter complete this feast. Every moment is enhanced by our wines: one glass for the meat, one for the cheese.<\/p>\n

Tender, golden meat, served with potatoes from the garden and a secret sauce. Two glasses of wine per person are included, perfectly paired with the meal.
