Château Angludet

La presse en parle

Château Angludet 2016

89-91/100 -The 2016 Angludet (...) eventually reveals attractive blackberry, briary and subtle pressed flower aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with good body and fine density with this Margaux property’s consistent sense of approachability. It sounds banal, but there is something instantly likeable about this D’Angludet. It is not an extravagant Margaux, however there is enchanting purity and harmony. It’s just the charm that I am sure will be intact by the time of bottling. Drink with pleasure 8-10 years.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - April 2017

Château Angludet 2014

(... ) Lovely Margaux balance;... This wine is button bright, wild-straberry sweet, succulent, elegant and appetizing, with fine mineral aromas, a gentle complexity, good lengh and a fine margaux elegance. Very pretty indeed.

The world of Fine Wine – Juin 2015

Château Angludet 2015

93/100 - This structured wine comes from the Sichel family-owned estate. It has tannins and a dry character although this dry core is balanced with ripe black currants. Structure and fruit make this a good wine for medium-term aging. Drink from 2023.

The Wine Enthusiast - Février 2018

Château Angludet 2014

90/100 - Another truly exceptional wine from the Sichel family, the 2012 d’Angludet has a deep ruby/purple color, a sweet floral, blueberry and blackcurrant-scented nose with a touch of licorice, light tannins, low acidity and a nice, fleshy mouthfeel. This is a sexy, mouth-filling and satisfying wine from both a hedonistic and intellectual vantage point. Drink this sleeper of the vintage over the next decade.
